Q1. I can't see my custom report!

Ans. All customized reports navigation has been moved to Customized Report. Please visit Customized Report to see the custom reports.

Q2. Custom reports are still not in Customized Report!

Ans.Please email to customerservice@blackboxgps.net with your loginId and report Name.

Q3.What is fleet management system?

Ans. FMS is a standard interface to gather, store, process, monitor, report export information of commercial vehicles.

Q4.How to recharge my SMS pack?

Ans. Through Online payment. Go to My Account-> Buy SMS. Select the desired SMS package and follow the payment instructions.

Q5.What are add-on reports?

Ans.Add-on reports are the reports apart from standard GPS reports that may require additional hardware at an additional cost.

Q6.What is six-eye map?

Ans.It is an extension to previous four-eye map. Showing all the 6 different status that a vehicle can be in.

Q7.Where are the vehicle documents alerts?

Ans. Many alerts including vehicle & driver docs are now part of fms. Navigate to FMS->Renewal reminder to view and add vehilce documents alerts.

Q8.What is trip report?

Ans. Trip report helps to calculate ETA of vehicles following a particular trip. Trip needs to be added & assigned to vehciles.

Q9.In Route Playback, Route with Direction and Route with Stoppage is missing?

Ans. All have been merged in single window for better user experience. Use the toggle buttons to view stoppages, POIs and Geofence while viewing the Route Playback.
